I'm looking to hire a social media manager to manage my Instagram/Facebook and TikTok accounts. This is a long term project. I already work with a video editor who edits all reels. I would like to post 5+ reels weekly, with stories throughout the week. It is important that the SMM has a fluent Spanish and at least intermediate English level.

I'm looking for someone to 1) create aesthetic covers matching my brand, 2) program reels across all accounts, 3) create engaging copies with keywords and hashtags, 4) use trending sounds and audio, as well as other techniques for a higher reach, 5) Give me recommendations on current trends on instagram and tiktok for content creation.

Project overview

My niche is English language learning: em_language. I teach English language on the accounts, but I have an online language academy in which I teach English and Spanish. The goal is to grow my following and connect with potential clients who would like to learn English.
