Requiero que me desarrollen 2 macros en excel VBA

Son 2 heuristicas de clustering (Agrupamiento).

Tengo el pseudocodigo de cada una de ellas en ingles.

El objetivo es aplicar las 2 macros a una base de datos de 20.000 personas en Excel cada uno con coordenadas x,y 

Las heuristicas son:
- A Centroid-based heuristic algorithm
- Sweep algorithm
