No es necesario que sea diseño adaptable, pero que si funcione en dispositivos móviles.

Especificaciones obligatorias:

no tablas html
no usar float
no flexbox
no bootstrap
no javascript/jquery

no usar id para css solo class
usar en lo más posible cascada css ( no dar clases a todos los elementos).

antes de entregar:
depurar los estilos (quitar todos los estilos que no se estén utilizando)

nota: se debe de utilizar el css existente del sitio actual: turismotlaxcala.com

CONDICIONES: Para evaluar el profesionalismo, si el trabajo no es entregado en el plazo acordado, se toma como cancelado el proyecto plazo 3 días
