The project aims to create a virtual machine based on Artificial Intelligence for the creation of new food supplements based on the combination of foods with natural plants with nutritional and medicinal properties. To achieve this, information will be collected on nutritional and medicinal compounds of all the natural herbs described, as well as natural foods, considering aspects such as their chemical structure, functionality and indications. In addition, the molecular targets of these natural compounds will be collected, as well as information on the effects of their interactions.
