Marketplace in bubble

My project: like upwork but for no-coders

I am looking for a No-coder, to help me in a Job (Short term or part time work).

Required platforms:  Bubble, Airtable, Wordpress
Optional platforms: Figma .

Budget: Less than $5k, Monthly payments.


1. Project Overview:
The project is to create a platform similar to Upwork, but for no-coders. The platform should provide an easy way for users to find and hire no-coders (freelancers) for short term or part time work. The budget allocated for the project is less than $5k with monthly payments.

2. Platform Requirements:
•    The platform must be built using Bubble, Airtable and Wordpress as the main platforms, with Figma being used optionally if needed. 
•    The user interface should be intuitive and user friendly so that both freelancers and employers can easily use it without any technical knowledge of coding or web development tools/languages such as html, css etc.. 
•    The platform must have features like job postings by employers, search & filter options based on various criteria like location/skillset/experience etc., Payment gateway integration (PayPal/Stripe), messaging system between employer & freelancer etc.. 

3. Security Requirements:
•    The platform must ensure secure data storage of all personal information provided by users such as name, address, contact details etc., Along with encrypted communication channels between employer & freelancer while exchanging sensitive data like credit card numbers etc.. 

4. Performance Requirements:
•    The performance of the website should be optimized in terms of page loading speed and overall responsiveness across different devices including mobile phones & tablets so that users can access it from anywhere at anytime without facing any issues related to slow loading times or unresponsive UI elements due to poor network connection speeds etc..
