El objetivo de la función es tomar un arreglo plano que se obtiene de un archivo XML del gestor de contenidos GetSimple y convertirlo en una lista multinevel que se va a usar en el menú.

En otras palabras, una función que convierta un array plano, en una lista de html multinivel (ul >li > ul > li ...)
