La tarea es enviar el metadata de la posicion GPS de un movil (celular) a una aplicacion de videvigilancia para que podamos ver en tiempo real donde se encuentra el movil.

El video ya se transmite por si solo. Solo falta enviar la info de GPS para tener un video junto a un mapa.
