I am developing (with a professional programmer) a Web site to host a database that will be public, free, and consulted by scientists. The subject matter is the geographical distribution and ecological parameters of a group of 140 species of insects that transmit a disease in Latin America. The Welcome page has been already developed, but I need to have the query pages as well as the results of the query pages formatted adequately, in a friendly and clear way.
I estimate that there might be between 10 and 15 different pages, but they would all follow a standard design (a given font, a given frame, a given color, etc.); Only the contents of each "box" will change (and possibly its position) but not the specific design. Those contents will of course be provided by the program itself. I also estimate that in each page there might be between 2 and 3 “boxes” with information.
These estimates are very rough for the programmer is still in the development phase  of the database.

The time frame is between 1-2 months (we hope to have a working beta version of the database ready by the end of November). The physical location is near the city of La Plata, in Argentina, and it is desirable the contact of a nearby designer in order to discuss personally some key aspects of this project. However, if some distant professional can propose a reasonable working procedure that would be convincing that it may work well under a "virtual" scheme, I am willing to listen to such a proposal.
