Estou a criar  uma aplicação web-mobile que consome um webhook, meu aplicativo recebe um post de terceiros através da minha api (endpoint).

O projeto está sendo feito com os formulários aspnet mvc api e xamarin. Eu preciso de uma ajuda para criar um microsoft aspnet webhooks.receivers.custom, eu preciso de ajuda para criar apicontroller e webhooks manipulador.
