Pagina web de radio online ya en funcionamiento con theme BEATON

Necesito realizar algunas modificaciones a la programacion del theme para ajustarlo a mis necesidades.

1. Eliminar header y subir menu hasta el tope de la pagina, agregar logo en el extremo superior izquierdo del menu (al lado del primer boton)
2. Agregar al menu en el lado derecho un reproductor de radio, el cual tengo el codigo IFRAME
3. En la seccion MIXES cuando se cliquea sobre un mix abrir en una pestaña nueva y no en la misma pestaña.
