Deseja criar um sistema Gerar Transação - boletos e carnês em php,
para hospedar em meu servidor:

1) Esse sistema será integrado a api do gerencianet.
2) Gerar boleto e carnês
3) Acompanhar status
3) Atualizar/modificar boleto e carnes
4) Dar baixa nos boletos quando forem pagos em mão
5) enviar emails de lembrança de vencimento e atraso
6) Tudo isso ficar registrado no bd
a) Dados do cliente
b) Transações dela - boletos ou carnes - pagos, abertos ou cancelado,
c) não depender do gerencianet, mas buscar os dados la e manter o bd atualizado


E é claro com um visual bonito e amigável.
