Olá, preciso de um programador web para mudar o layout de um site de noticias http://dinaonline.com.br/ o site ele é todo em php e aplicações json, yml md  sendo que tem banco de dados painel administrativo o arquivo tendo quase 5gb
me custou R$ 8.000,00 não a aqueles template grátis que você encontra na web então a pessoa que pegar o compromisso de trabalhar na mudança do visual desse site tem que ter bastante conhecimento..
