Necesito desarrollar un chat bot que responda preguntas frecuentes tomando keywords.
Serán entre 30 y 40 preguntas.

Queremos algo como lo que hay en este sitio con una personita debajo a la izquierda: http://www.buenosaires.gob.ar

Claramente es algo mucho menos complejo que ese ya que es para un municipio donde las preguntas y trámites son pocos, no muchos.

Las respuestas son predefinidas.
