We need to expand our development team.  There is a big project we are undertaking and need the help of highly skilled professionals that are able to provide updates during our daily stand ups and attend our bi-weekly planning meetings where the assignments will be delivered for the following two weeks period.

In order to facilitate communication, we need to find someone that is located very close to our time zone (USA West Coast)
