Online Music Lesson Website

I intend to start an online music theory lesson, and I already have the website 80-90% done. I need someone to make the design nicer and to do the following:

1) Allow potential students to send me emails and record my responses, searchable by myself of past communications.
2) Allow potential students to log in with a temporary computer-generated password (after registration) to view certain members' password-controlled pages only.

3) Allow interested students to pay the relevant fee online via Paypal. I already have a Paypal account and I can create the Paypal BUY button on my own.
4) Auto-generate a unique personal Password for anyone registering for a trial membership and actual membership and students should be allowed to change their own password online.

5) The web page should allow audio and video files to be uploaded and are accessible by visitors.
6) The web pages should be both user-friendly and editing-friendly for me to edit the contents anytime on my own or add or delete pages without the need for assistance, like a CSM.
7) The web site should also be mobile-phone friendly without the need to redesign especially for mobile phones.


If you truly have the experience in such website design you should know what else is/are needed besides the above features mentioned. Please note that I want everything upfront and not having to argue and protest on prices for any later add-ons with excuses from you that I must have those in order to work.

Please let me know can you design in PHP language. I prefer something that's easy to manage a kind of design without all the complicated programming stuff. I own a Dreamweaver CS6 and prefer that you develop using PHP language so that I can edit myself as and when needed.


What's your lead time and a guarantee from you that the web site you designed will work, and if not, you will continue revising to make it work without any further charges. We will mutually agree to cancel the project without any hard feelings on either side and of course, I will also personally guarantee that I won't use any of the pages you designed should such an unpleasant situation occurred.
