Necesito optimizar para page speed (todas las métricas) con métrica al 100%  el siguiente sitio mydesign.com.ar para escritorio y celulares.
La referente a SEO ya está en 100, la principal a mejorar es la de rendimiento.
El sitio actualmente usa webpack y está detras del CDN de cloudflare

Se entrega el sitio en un zip (copia directa del repo) para hacer las pruebas y ajustes necesarios sobre el código y optimizaciones correspondientes
