Packaging Engineer

•    Should able to execute mechanical FMCG product Packaging projects
•    Should have very good understanding of Automation and latest technology used in packaging industry.
•    Specialty in Primary Packaging, secondary packaging including End-of-Line (EOL) packaging systems.
•    Should be able to create\manage Packing project Schedule for Machine\Line installation.

•    Should be able to work on 2D and 3D layout with Optimization of Human-material movement, machine and methodology study.
•    Ability to manage client interaction and peer review on design issues during all project development phases.
•    Should be able to understand machine operations and can analyse requirements and makes recommendations for improvement in processes.

•    Tracking and Improvement of OEE of the Packaging machines
•    Basic understanding of various simulation software is must for Project like packing line optimization.
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•    Capable to defining packing line requirement Based on various SKUs.

•    Should be able to co-ordinate\Manage 3rd parties for any end to end solution to be provided to our client.
•    Pack material and finish goods path optimization. Consultancy/epc experience in feed /detailed design of project for piping and equipment layout.

•    Degree /Post Graduation in Mechanical
•    6 to 8 years of experience.
