The main requirements of the platform are:
1.    Integrated video and chat
2.    Integrated payment.
The payment will be a subscription (monthly, quarterly, semiannually). Probably we will integrate with some payment platform (similar to Stripe)
3.    Visualization of private area for every user, where he/she will be able to hold private video and chat sessions with the professional
4.
Visualization of private space for every professional, where he/she will be able to manage notes from every session with all the users, manage payments, manage calendar, etc. 
5.    Automatic assignment of user with specialist based on the answers we obtain in an initial questionnaire.
The match will be done because the professionals will have some “tags” assigned
