Debe contar con un Login.
Una Pantalla de Registro.
Una Pantalla de Chat.
Una Pantalla de Chat para Administrador.

La interacción del chat es solo para Usuarios con un Administrador.  (Todos los mensajes de los Usuarios son enviados a la bandeja del administrador y el les puede responder individualmente.)

La información debe alojarse en una base de datos MySql.

Se debe notificar cada mensaje recibido, tanto para el administrador como para los usuarios.

Se debe poner un Banner de publicidad AdSense. En todas las patanllas.
