Necesito una pagina web sencilla para la ciudadanía en general, donde puedan ver un mapa de procesos, dar click en cada proceso para que puedan ver los procedimientos, cada procedimiento contiene 3 documentos guardados en pdf. Quiero que solo yo con usuario y contraseña pueda eliminar y crear esos documentos guardados.
