Tenemos una instancia de una aplicación open llamada kbpublisher https://sourceforge.net/projects/kbpublisher/files/
la cual funciona sin problemas en php 5.6 y se requiere actualizar para que quede funcionando en php 7.3.
Básicamente es actualizar la forma de consultas a mysql que antes era en mysqli a mysqlnd.
Además de actualizar funciones obsoletas.
