El código debe realizar lo siguiente:
1) Recibir un request tipo get conteniendo un id como parametro.
Este id va contener parte de la ruta donde se encuentran unos archivos ej  /var/www/html/prueba/[id]
2) identificar cual es el ultimo archivo .wav que fue creado en la ruta ej /var/www/html/prueba/[ID]
3) Ejecutar la api de google speech-to-text enviándole el archivo wav, se puede usar como referencia este código de ejemplo  https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/php-docs-samples/tree/master/speech
4) Devolver como respuesta el texto generado desde la API de google
