I need PHP based software, userface  and admin part for online lotto ticket sales agency system same as Euro-millions.com. The design will be similar like Euro-millions .com and also the userinterface create ticket , check ticket, put deposit , etc.. Parts same or very similar like Euro-millions.com. For further information we can discuss. The db structure of site will be supply from us and the software/codes will be work with our db system.

Therefore we are looking some one to do design of the pages, PHP codes, JavaScrip codes.
