Php Laravel New Feature Implementation

I have a project on going and need some new features to be implemented/edited.
The project consists in a web app that is going to be used to connect business to business.  The app is based in PHP Laravel.

The app works as job pool that companies can post job listings or they can look for jobs to share their staff with other companies.

-Customize the view of the admin index page;

-Editing the Category form/table to support sub-categories (auto-relationship);

-Editing Skills form/table to include a category for each skill;

-Create a Company form/table that will be adding by the user online, each user must have only one company and that company will be approved by the administrator, just after the approval the company can add job listing or search for jobs.
Company Table/Form must have:
Company name;
Company contacts: phone, website, email address;
Company physical address;
Company biography (text);
Company category (Construction, Hospitality...)
Company status ( Pending, Approved and Cancelled), this status is going be managed by the app admin that the admin can check the company information to be approved.
Sub table for Company Documents such as:
•    Insurance certificate;
•    Health and safety plan;
Add skills for the company based in their category – sub categories.
