Boa tarde.
Preciso criar uma plataforma onde o principal será ter um sistema de pagamento recorrente, porém no estilo do Workana, onde um usuário faz um pagamento, este pagamento fica por alguns dias em espera antes do usuário que vendeu poder sacá-lo, para garantir que o comprador não irá pedir o dinheiro de volta por não receber o produto. Ainda não defini a linguagem da plataforma, estou aberta a sugestões.
