Crear un prototipo de una Plataforma de Equity Crowdfunding, destinado al financiamiento colectivo de startups y de inversiones en intangibles con el objetivo de democratizar la inversión privada a pequeños y medianos inversionistas, asegurándoles inversiones con bajo riesgo y retornos a la inversión.

-Diseño de una Plataforma intuitiva y fácil de operar para los inversionistas
-Tomar como modelo http://www.crowdfranchise.com/ o similares (deseable un benchmarking)
