Tengo un player de live streaming (jw player) [se adjunta codigo]

y necesito que antes de reproducir el live streaming se ejecute un video en mp4

este video que se reproduce antes del streaming (pre-roll) debe ser como la publicidad de youtube sin la opción de adelantar y saltar, la reproducción debe ser obligatoria antes de ver el live streaming.
