Preciso de uma api para whatsapp

Quero logar com o whatsapp dentro da minha aplicação web, asp.net core, para que mais contatos sejam organizados e a api web envie a mensagem.

Tenho alguns clientes e a api vai ligar o WhatsApp no computador de cada cliente.

Preciso da api e do front. A princípio quero o preço da api, se for um preço legal posso combinar tb o front, o front pode ser igual o trello, em colunas, de arrastar o card para organização, cada contato seria um card, que organizados nas colunas certas.
