El sitio en cuestión: www.fullen.cl fue infectado con "Japanese SEO spam hack" (se adjunta screenshot).
Al buscar Fullen Chile desde Google, aparece nuestro site con caracteres en Japonés.

Si bien tengo Backups realizado con UpdraftPlus, no responde cuando intento realizar la restauración.

No se si el backup estará en alguna carpeta del Dominio para poder realizarlo manualmente.

El objetivo del proyecto es restaurar la website en cuestión, limpiarlo de todo Malware e instalar las protecciones para prevenir futuros ataques.
