Objective : we have a plant , and need a tool for its planning team to track status of each product and materials inside the plant at different stage of process and to have an alert of the process delayed/stuck for different motive.
Problem statement:
Basically, Kind of a Tracking tool, where once a batch is created in the system, it plans its processing idle time and each team in the process updates each batch completion of its process. So that we have complete visibility of status of each batch daily. Today Plant has twice a week Planning meeting with 10 team members, and first 25 minute is spend on asking from each team status of different batches.

Idea is to get reduce this 25 min to just 5 min, where only critical/delayed batches are discussed.
