I need a 3D render of good quality for marketing purposes of an industrial building which we are renovating. The plan is available and also images of the existing building. The facade will be reovated and it is still to be decided how. Therefore the freelancer will have to propose and agree with me possible arrangements for the facade's windows, before executing the render.

This is an old factory in England which we have bought for the purposes of refurbishing it for lease/sale.
