Realizar pagina WEB para ingresar registros, donde haya listado de información, cambio de estatus y solo sea ingresado un registro si el estatus es "Abierto" o no hay registro alguno con el ID correspondiente, si esta abierto solo permitira cambiar algunos datos.
Debe tener un TAB o flujo que pueda ser editado dependiendo del estatus del registro y que envie alertas si se vence alguna fecha en especifico.
