Tengo 5 elementos input tipo checkbox (activo/inactivo) necesito que cuando den un click en un checkbox para activarlo  guarde el valor de "activo"  en la base de datos mysql y realize en envio del value del input por metodo get url X http://www.recibelvalor.com?val=valordelcheckbox  si se desactiva de igual forma actualice el valor a inactivo y mander el value por url  y cuando se abra la pagina donde se encuentras los checbox recupere los valores  de activo o inactivo segun se guardaron en la base de datos
