Requiero de un Software el cual me permita ver vídeo en tiempo real el cual se pueda restringir mediante un usuario y contraseña, ademas de que sea encriptado para una mayor seguridad, es necesario que el usuario pueda ingresar desde una pagina web o una app.

Este software debe permitir activar o desactivar algunas funciones de la cámara, como el audio, zoom óptico, y restriccion de horario entre otros.
