Se necesita desarrollar la seccion "Qué te genera esta noticia" para las noticias de un sitio web desarrollado en wordpress
Tengo el diseño y necesito aplicarle el desarrollo.
La idea es que cada usuario pueda expresar que le generó la noticia y que ese mismo usuario (que no esta logueado al diario) no pueda votar dos veces.
