La pagina esta creada solo necesito ajustar dos detalles funcionales

Necesito ayuda en lo siguiente:

1. Adjuntar y enviar el archivo que se genera en PDF para enviarse un correl.
2. Ayuda con un bucle que usamos para insertar un 'Array' en una Base de Datos Mysql.

Eso seria todo, alguien que entienda muy bien el tema que se contacte conmigo
