Necesito automatizar una encuesta online en la que yo no tenga que tabular los resultados para generar el informe individual de cada encuestado que hoy hago en excel de manera manual. La idea es que la encuesta que se cumplimenta online pueda generar un informe individual y que yo lo pueda enviar en PDF. Y que la encuesta se pueda personalizar a partir de los parámetros que se establezcan.

Y tengo el informe que genero manual y que es sencillo en cuanto a que son tablas de promedios y agregados de respuestas y algunos gráficos que presentan la data de manera visual y atractiva.
