Precisamos de um Programador com conhecimentos em Watson para desenvolver um Aplicativo que contenha um Chat-Bot que faça perguntas e respostas com Audio utilizando a API Watson. (Não queremos chat-bot apenas texto, precisamos que ele reconheça o que a pessoa fala e responda em audio também)

Basicamente existe esse demo da IBM https://conversation-demo.ng.bluemix.net/ Que queremos praticamente igual porém com um Avatar ao invés do carro que fará as perguntas e respostas em Portugues - BR

O Objetivo será colocar um tablet dentro de uma casa com o aplicativo que fará perguntas e respostas.
