Necesito hacer un Api en PHP que Interactue con twilio ( gateway de sms) para detectar el operador telefónico del número celular que recibe el api. El código php ya existe en twilio ( buscar lookup y ver detalles referentes al carrier)  solamente es armar ese código y poder publicarlo en nuestro sistema.
