Ler arquivo txt e verificar as informação se ja foi enviada ou não e enviar no url o arquivo txt transformando em xml.
O programa terá que rodar como "robo" ao gerar o arquivo txt em determinada pasta o programa lê o arquivo texto e ja grava na url na padrão xlm.
Temos todos a documentação pronta pra esta integração.
