Programador para sitio web en wordpress

Necesito un programador que realice un sitio web en Word Press.
Yo soy diseñadora y quiero darle a mi cliente un buen producto , un sitio que sea en WP que sea agil, sencillo, intuitivo y que tenga la información y el diseño adecuado.
Le entregaria al programador todas las directivas de diseño y las imagenes.
Le pasaria los layout en JPG para que no haya mal interpretacion y perdida de tiempos.
Espero del freelancer que esté bien dispuesto y que cumpla con los tiempos.
Si funciona, lo consideraré enormemente para otros proyectos similares ya que no tengo hoy uno de mi confianza.
