Já tenho o site em HTML5, oque eu preciso é fazer um painel administrativo para ele, e adicionar algumas funcionalidades.

Você pode utilizar algum Framework se for facilitar o projeto, pois o orçamento não é grande.

No painel administrativo eu vou precisar:
-Adicionar/Excluir CD's
-Adicionar/Excluir Páginas
-Adicionar/Excluir  Categorias

Importante: Já tenho o player, logo todos os CD's que forem adicionados, poderá ser escutado pelo player.
