1-Se desea desarrollar un portal web que permita al público general visualizar productos
relacionados con todo el área de construcción y hogar, y a su vez realizar la compra de lo que desee a
través de una plataforma de pago.

2- se requiere desarrollar un sistema  dentro del portal web, donde
solo dos roles de usuario específicos (promotor y contratista) puedan ingresar, obteniendo el beneficio
de una herramienta que les permitirá buscar de forma efectiva y ordenada todos los materiales
necesarios para una actividad concreta del área de construcción
