Poseo sólo la idea de lo que quiero desarrollar. Anteriormente no he administrado este tipo de proyectos. El desarrollo debe contemplar una integración con redes sociales. El freelancer deberá cubrir el rol de diseñador, cubrir el rol de desarrollador y cubrir el rol de project manager. El freelancer sería para un proyecto. Apunto a pagar por la totalidad del proyecto finalizado. Necesito a alguien que trabaje variando de tiempo parcial a completo según sea necesario.
