Preciso de um freela para criar uma emissão de boletos que funcione com asp.net, sendo integrados com as carteiras do BB, Caixa, Santander e Itau. Pode-se usar as Dlls boleto.net ou outra de preferencia sua. O importante é funcionar com asp.net 4.6.
