Preciso desenvolver um painel que envie comandos para um servidor de streaming de áudio. Este painel criará as contas dos usuários " no caso nossos clientes ".

Ex:

20GB ESPAÇO em disco
2tb transferência
128 kbps bitrate (qualidade)

entre outros recursos disponíveis.

Neste painel preciso que ele funcione na plataforma de áudio " Icecast ".

As informações citadas acima, é sobre o painel administrativo interno da " empresa ".

Feito isso, preciso que seja desenvolvido o segundo painel, neste painel é interface "usuário" onde ele irá manipular todas as funções de sua web rádio.

Ex:

Enviar músicas ao servidor
Criar playlist

entre outros recursos disponíveis.
