O Arduino terá que controlar as seguintes coisas:


*timer*
(tempo de funcionamento da bomba)
- quero conseguir escolher o tempo de funcionamento.

*Waiting time*
tempo de intervalo entre os funcionamentos

*counter*
- escolher quantas vezes irá funcionar

Exemplo:

timer: 3s
waiting time: 1s
counter 10

start:

A bomba funcionar por 3 segundos, espera 1 segundo, volta a funcionar e assim, sucessivamente, até funcionar 10 vezes.
