Ex: qual ferro, quantas vigas utilizar e etc.
Irei fazer uma casa com dois pavimentos, sendo o primeiro garagem e o superior com, alvenaria ,dray wall e telha sanduíche.
O tamanho será de 7x7,5 metros. Altura de ambos 3 metros.
