Olá, tenho um sistema ja funcionando e preciso que eu seja notificado sempre quando tiver alguma novidade no mesmo.

Pensei em push notification, pois preciso ser alertado tanto no navegador web, como no celular. Não preciso que seja desenvolvido um aplicativo para celular! A notificação pode ser feita no próprio chrome do celular, através do push.
