Real Estate investment platform (Mvp)

We are looking for a no-code developer to implement a Figma design of a real estate investment platform, plus a company landing page. The preferred technology is Bubble, but we are open to other tools.

The project includes the implementation of the following pages:

1) Landing page: simple company page with info about the product, team, pricing, Q&A/FAQs, mailing list subscription, chat/whatsapp link for questions.

2) Projects: a projects gallery/marketplace showing the expected yield, short description and funding status of the project.

3) Project details: detailed description of a project, documentation, pictures, and financial details.

4) KYC form: a form the investor completes when they decide they want to invest in a project. There might be the need to integrate an identity validation provider.

5) Investments: list of current investments (projects) of the user, performance, distributions and contributions.

6) Documents: list of legal documents and contracts signed (this could be a link to our contract signing provider).

7) Account / settings: profile picture, name, email and legal/tax details.

8) Back-office:  a page that is internal for us to upload projects (CMS style), documents, manage users, and log in as ay user in the platform.

The more we can automate the better, but as this is an MVP we are open to using shortcuts like calculating portfolio performance, contributions, distributions, on a private spreadsheet and scraping that into the platform for the user to consult, or even manually entering data on the platform instead.

We are based in Barcelona (CET), but we are open to 100% remote & async work.

The MVP should be ready to launch by the beginning of May 2023.
